Job summary

A leading non-profit organization is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist in Phoenix, AZ, to provide trauma-informed care and therapeutic services for children and families. Candidates should hold a Master’s degree and an active independent license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT). Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience providing mental health counseling to children, adolescents, and families.
• Ability to pass DOJ, FBI, and Child Abuse Index background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed care, clinical intervention, and therapeutic services.
• Deliver individual, family, and group counseling using evidence-based practices.
• Provide crisis counseling and crisis intervention as needed.
• Conduct case management and coordinate with child protective services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support comprehensive child advocacy.
• Participate in clinical trainings, case reviews, and team meetings.
