Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Active Florida teaching certificate (FLDOE) required.

• Experience teaching girls and trauma-informed approaches preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs standards-based lesson plans and aligns instruction to multiple grade levels.
• Uses formal and informal assessments to monitor progress and tailor instruction.
• Maintains a safe, girl-centered and trauma-informed classroom environment.
• Collaborates with colleagues to meet state and local requirements and expectations.
• Completes trainings and participates in occasional after-hours events as needed.
