Qualifications

• 2+ years demonstrated post-licensure work experience in child development, culturally aware and trauma-centered care.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
• 1+ year experience working in a multidisciplinary team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and observe the physical environment to assess child welfare concerns.
• Provide crisis support in emergency situations.
• Support children by providing resources from a multicultural perspective.
