Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work preferred, or an Associate Degree with relevant experience.
• Agreement with Central Ohio Youth for Christ and Gracehaven Standards of Conduct and Statement of Faith.

Responsibilities

• Provide Trauma-Informed, Strengths-Based Case Management.
• Provide Prevention and Intervention Education.
• Connect Client with Mentor.
• Keep Accurate and Up to date Records and Data.
• Participate in Staff and Supervisory Meetings, Events and Fundraisers.
