Responsibilities

• Support a safe, structured, trauma‑informed environment for patients.
• Serve as a positive role model reinforcing pro‑social behaviors.
• Assist with admission, orientation, and contraband checks.
• Participate in daily therapeutic programming, team huddles and debriefs.
• Document patient behaviors and therapeutic engagement promptly.
• Assist with daily living needs and ensure room and safety checks.
