Job summary

A behavioral health organization is looking for a Counselor (LCSW, LCPC) at the Red Bud location. Responsibilities include providing counseling services, conducting assessments, and facilitating treatment plans. Ideal candidates will possess a Master’s degree and appropriate licensure (LCSW or LCPC). This position promotes trauma-informed care and collaboration with various service providers. The salary range is between $62,500 and $66,000 with additional health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to independently carry out assignments and meet deadlines.
• Must meet expectations required by CANTS check and criminal record check.
• Understanding of trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couple, family, and group counseling services.
• Conduct intake and assessment activities.
• Participate in Performance and Quality Improvement initiatives.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office)

Ability to work under pressure

Customer service skills

Education

Master’s Degree in a Social Service Program

Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LCSW, LCPC)
