Qualifications

• CPR certified according to Arkansas guidelines.
• Trained in Conscious Discipline.
• Trauma-informed through TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention).
• Complies with Arkansas Minimum Licensing Requirements for Childcare Centers.

Responsibilities

• Abides by ABCFM mission, vision, core values, and core competencies.
• Diligently supervises children.
• Assists teacher with lesson plans, gathering materials, and activities.
• Supports hygiene, diaper changes, bathroom needs, and handwashing.
• Maintains correct work hours and records hours weekly.
• Communicates with parents to promote continuity between Explorers Academy and home.
