Beacon Health Options in Indiana seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiology procedures following physician orders. You will evaluate image quality, ensure patient safety, and position patients appropriately, including in trauma or immobile cases.

The role requires ARRT certification or eligibility, Indiana state license, and PACS/RIS proficiency. Overtime may be required, and you will contribute to maintaining a sterile, compliant radiology suite.

Qualifications

• Must possess radiography skills with proper positioning and image critique.
• Proficient with PACS/RIS and radiology department networks.
• Instructor-like ability to teach students or staff when needed.
• Strong knowledge of radiation protection and safety protocols.
• Expected to pass ARRT within 9 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Performs radiology procedures per physician orders and department policies.
• Evaluates radiographs for quality to support accurate diagnosis.
• Positioning in trauma or immobile patients to obtain diagnostic images.
• Manage patient histories and document in RIS accurately.
• Operate diagnostic imaging equipment and maintain sterile room.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and institutional policies.
