Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant/Nursing Assistant/Nurse Apprentice to join our nursing team on the Trauma Gen Surg Unit. The unit handles patients 18-100+ undergoing surgical procedures or traumatic events, with roughly 150-200 patients served monthly.

The role is full-time with three 12-hour shifts from 7:00am–7:30pm and requires flexibility for varied schedules including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Idaho CNA certification or Trinity Nursing Assistant Program required.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers is required at hire.
• Six months CNA experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical staff at unit level with clerical, receptionist and patient service coordination.
• Perform nursing care services and related non-professional tasks under supervision of licensed nurse.
