Qualifications

• 7 years of healthcare experience following protocols and advocating for patients.
• Strong trauma care knowledge and clinical judgment.
• Attention to detail and quality output across tasks.
• Ability to support senior providers and maintain situational awareness.
• Experience identifying patients, allergies and medication reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Push fluids, titrate drips, and recalculate rates as the patient's condition shifts hourly.
• Flag pending results to keep the senior provider informed.
• Respond calmly and decisively during clinical emergencies.
• Close the loop on every order — placed, acknowledged, completed, charted.
• Verify patient identity, allergies, and medication reconciliation.
