Compass Group is hiring a Trauma/ Burn ICU Dietitian in Indianapolis, IN. The role covers trauma/neuro ICU and burn units, requiring an RDN and CNSC eligibility or obtainment. state licensure is expected or obtainable. Two years of specialty experience is preferred.

Salary starts at $70,000 and is negotiable with experience. A $2,500 sign-on bonus and relocation allowance are offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing education opportunities.

• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice (or ability to obtain).
• CNSC certified or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for trauma/neuro ICU and burn patients to promote recovery.
• Education: Guide patients, families, staff on nutrition and lifestyle strategies for long-term wellness.
• Evidence-Based Practice: Apply the latest research per diet manual and facility policies.
• Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives to advance care.
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: Partner with food service to achieve patient satisfaction.
• Mentorship & Professional Development: Support dietetic staff and interns.

Make a real impact as a Clinical Dietitian! You'll provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education forpatients in the trauma/neuro ICU and burn units , working with a collaborative team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

• Evidence-Based Practice: Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
• Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals

What We're Looking For:
