Job summary

Cascade Trauma and Acute Care Surgery (CTACS) seeks a full-time Trauma & Acute Care Surgeon to join our team at Tacoma General Hospital, a designated Level II trauma center. The practice offers a high-volume acuity environment with a dedicated team of 17 APPs and subspecialty support, plus a robust benefits package.

We provide a 14-15 shift/month schedule (12-hour shifts), a base hourly rate of $250/hour with bonus opportunity after partnership, a 2-year track to partnership, relocation

Qualifications

• Dual board certification/eligibility in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care.
• High-volume acuity cases in a Level II trauma center.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma and acute care surgery coverage at Tacoma General Hospital.
• Participate in rib fixation program and robotics program.
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and full surgical team.
