Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Medical Groups in Langhorne, PA, seeks a full-time Trauma/Acute Care Surgeon to join our employed team at St. Mary Medical Center, a level II trauma center.

The ideal candidate is fellowship-trained in surgical critical care, board-certified or eligible in general surgery and surgical critical care, and ATLS-certified. You will provide comprehensive trauma surgery care, participate in education of residents, and engage in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained in Surgical Critical Care is required.
• Board Certification or Eligibility in General Surgery & Surgical Critical Care.
• Current ATLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care in Trauma Surgery, Surgical Critical Care, and Emergency General Surgery.
• Participate in care of trauma patients across the full continuum, from resuscitation to rehabilitation.
• Serve as a clinical educator for General Surgery Residents.
• Provide coverage of Trauma/Acute Care surgery clinic.
• Engage in clinical research and scholarly activities.
• Participate in leadership responsibilities and quality initiatives.
