Job summary

Shifts are 3×12 hours, night rotation with weekends. NH RN licensure and BLS are required upon hire; BSN is preferred. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, mentorship, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
• BSN preferred.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in New Hampshire required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care.
• Recognize changes in patient status and modify the plan accordingly.
• Advocate for patients and uphold autonomy per the ANA Code of Ethics.
• Mentor colleagues to advance nursing practice.
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver safe, evidence-based care.
• Precept students and new nurses as part of clinical education.
