TriStar Health is seeking an Acute Care Trauma Nurse to deliver expert, compassionate care to critically injured patients in our fast-paced hospital setting. You’ll perform rapid assessments, triage, and stabilization; administer medications and blood products; and coordinate care across ER, OR, ICU, and step-down units.

You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary trauma team, using evidence-based protocols to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Qualificações

• Active RN license in Tennessee
• Experience in acute care or trauma settings preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills

Responsabilidades

• Perform rapid patient assessments and triage for trauma activation
• Stabilize patients and implement evidence-based care plans
• Administer medications and blood products as prescribed
• Coordinate care across ER, OR, ICU and step-down units
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary trauma team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes
