Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC in Birmingham, AL seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist for a stroke-certified hospital with a heavy neuro caseload. You will work across ICU, general medicine, stroke, cardiac, orthopedics, and more in a 400+ bed, Level I trauma center, full-time and permanent.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with a degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Open to new graduates as well as experienced therapists seeking growth in a high-acuity hospital environment.
• Detail-oriented and analytical while maintaining the big picture of patient care.
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of staff and patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT evaluation and treatment across ICU, General Med, Stroke, Cardiac, Orthopedic floors and more.
• Collaborate with a diverse therapy team (PTs, OTs, SLPs) and other staff.
• Engage in mentorship opportunities and contribute to a high-acuity hospital environment.
