Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care as an inpatient LPN within clinical standards.
• Assess patient needs and contribute to care plans.
• Provide treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies per policy.
• Reinforce patient and family education and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to resolve patient needs.
• Precept and mentor new staff, supporting a professional environment.
