Job summary

Ally Waste is hiring part-time, night trash collectors (Trash Valet) to earn $20–$40 per night with a short evening schedule. Positions run Sunday–Thursday evenings, starting at 7pm, with shifts typically 1–2 hours per night.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, reliable transportation via an open-bed pickup truck, a smartphone, and the ability to lift up to 30lbs and stay active for 1–2 hours. PPE and safety gear are provided.

Responsibilities

• Take and upload photos in the company app.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE provided.
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.

Ally Waste is hiring Part-Time, Night Trash Collectors (Trash Valet). Earn $20-40/night working a short evening schedule (5 nights per week). This is a great opportunity to earn extra income working 1-2 hours per evening.

Schedule:

• Sunday-Thursday Evenings
• Start Time: 7pm
• Shifts typically take 1-2 hours per night (around 5-10 hours per week)

Pay:

• $20-40/night

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License & Proof of Auto Insurance with you listed as a covered driver
• Reliable transportation - Open Bed Pickup Truck Required
• Smartphone
• Ability to carry up to 30lbs and Ability to walk stairs and be active for 1-2 hours

• Walk the apartment community collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area

As a Trash Valet (Valet Service Team Member), you play an important role in helping keep apartment communities clean and running smoothly. Each evening, you will collect tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and take them to the community dumpster.
