Job summary

Ally Waste is seeking part-time Night Trash Collectors (Trash Valet) in Summerville, SC. Earn $75 nightly on a short evening schedule (5 nights per week) by collecting tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and transporting them to the community dumpster.

Shifts run Sunday through Thursday evenings with a start time of 7pm, typically 1–2 hours per night. PPE and safety gear are provided; reliable transportation and open-bed pickup truck are required, with photos uploaded in the company app.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as covered driver.
• Have access to open-bed pickup truck or trailer and reliable transportation.
• Own a smartphone for uploads and communication.
• Be able to carry up to 30 lbs and be active for 1–2 hours per shift.
• Be able to work Sunday–Thursday evenings starting at 7pm.

Responsibilities

• Walk apartment communities collecting tied trash bags from residents’ doorsteps.
• Transport bags to the dumpster area and upload photos in the company app.
• Follow safety guidelines with provided PPE.
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.

Looking for a simple side job and have an open-bed pickup truck?

Ally Waste is hiring Part-Time, Night Trash Collectors (Trash Valet). Earn $75 nightly working a short evening schedule (5 nights per week).

As a Trash Valet, each evening, you will collect tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and take them to the community dumpster. You play an important role in helping keep apartment communities clean and running smoothly.

Schedule:

• Sunday-Thursday Evenings
• Start Time: 7pm
• Shifts typically take 1-2 hours per night (around 5-10 hours per week)

Pay:

• $75/ night

What you'll do:

• Walk the apartment community collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area
• Take and upload photos in our company app
• Follow safety guidelines using provided personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License & Proof of Auto Insurance with you listed as a covered driver
• Reliable transportation – Open Bed Pickup Truck Required or Trailer
• Smartphone
• Ability to carry up to 30lbs and Ability to walk stairs and be active for 1-2 hours
