Job summary

Ally Waste is hiring part-time, night Trash Valets in Olympia, WA. You will walk apartment communities after 7pm, collect tied trash bags from doorsteps, and transport them to dumpsters. Expect short, 1–2 hour shifts, five nights per week, with pay of $80 on Sundays and $60 on Mondays through Thursdays.

You'll work outdoors in all weather, individually, using PPE provided. A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a non-specified vehicle with open bed pickup are required.

Looking for a simple side job and have an open-bed pickup truck?

Ally Waste is hiring Part‑Time, Night Trash Collectors (Trash Valet). Earn $80 / night Sunday, $60/ night Monday - Thursday working a short evening schedule (5 nights per week).

As a Trash Valet, each evening, you will collect tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and take them to the community dumpster. You play an important role in helping keep apartment communities clean and running smoothly.

Schedule:

• Sunday-Thursday Evenings
• Start Time: 7pm
• Shifts typically take 1-2 hours per night (around 5-10 hours per week)

Pay:

• $80 / night Sunday, $60/ night Monday - Thursday

What you'll do:

• Walk the apartment community collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area
• Take and upload photos in our company app
• Follow safety guidelines using provided personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License & Proof of Auto Insurance with you listed as a covered driver
• Reliable transportation – Open Bed Pickup Truck Required
• Smartphone
• Ability to carry up to 30lbs and Ability to walk stairs and be active for 1-2 hours
