Job summary

ALLY WASTE SERVICES LLC is seeking part-time Night Trash Collectors (Trash Valet) to pick up tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and haul them to the community dumpster. Earn $30 per night with a short evening schedule (5 nights per week).

Shifts run Sunday-Thursday evenings starting at 7pm, typically about 1 hour per night (roughly 5–10 hours weekly). You will work outdoors, independently, and safely with PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently in outdoor environments.
• Able to walk and carry bags, up stairs, and stay active for 1–2 hours per shift.
• Maintain safety by using provided PPE and following guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Walk apartment communities collecting tied trash bags from doorsteps.
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos in our company app.
• Follow safety guidelines using provided PPE.

Ally Waste is hiring Part-Time, Night Trash Collectors (Trash Valet). Earn $30 / night working a short evening schedule (5 nights per week).

As a Trash Valet, each evening, you will collect tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and take them to the community dumpster. You play an important role in helping keep apartment communities clean and running smoothly.

Schedule:

• Sunday-Thursday Evenings
• Start Time: 7pm
• Shifts typically take 1 hour per night (around 5-10 hours per week)

Pay:

• $30/ night

What you'll do:

• Walk the apartment community collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area
• Take and upload photos in our company app
• Follow safety guidelines using provided personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License & Proof of Auto Insurance with you listed as a covered driver
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone
• Ability to carry up to 30lbs and Ability to walk stairs and be active for 1-2 hours
