Job summary

Ally Waste is seeking part-time Trash Valets for evening shifts in Deerfield, IL. Earn $55 per night while performing outdoor waste collection at apartment communities, with duties including bag pickup, transport to dumpsters, and on-site photo uploads using the company app.

Shifts run Sunday through Thursday starting at 7pm, typically lasting 1–2 hours per night. PPE is provided, and weekly pay via direct deposit helps keep your evenings flexible and safe.

Qualifications

Looking for a simple side job and have an open-bed pickup truck?

Ally Waste is hiring Part-Time, Night Trash Collectors (Trash Valet). Earn $55/ night working a short evening schedule (5 nights per week).

As a Trash Valet, each evening, you will collect tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and take them to the community dumpster. We also service the dog waste stations on site. You play an important role in helping keep apartment communities clean and running smoothly.

Schedule:

• Sunday-Thursday Evenings
• Start Time: 7pm
• Shifts typically take 1-2 hours per night (around 5-10 hours per week)

Pay:

• $55 / night

What you'll do:

• Walk the apartment community collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area
• Take and upload photos in our company app
• Follow safety guidelines using provided personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License & Proof of Auto Insurance with you listed as a covered driver
• Reliable transportation - Open Bed Pickup Truck helpful but not required ( push cart on property)
• Smartphone
• Ability to carry up to 30lbs and Ability to walk stairs and be active for 1-2 hours
