Job summary

Ally Waste Services LLC in Anthem, AZ is hiring Part-Time Night Trash Collectors (Trash Valet) to walk apartment communities, collect bags, and transport them to dumpsters. Start time is 8pm Sunday to Thursday, with shifts typically 1–2 hours and pay of $30 per night.

You'll upload photos in the company app, follow PPE guidelines, and work independently outdoors in all weather. Requirements include a valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, reliable transportation with open-bed pickup

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and be active for 1–2 hours per shift.

Ally Waste is hiring Part-Time, Night Trash Collectors (Trash Valet). Earn $30/ night working a short evening schedule (5 nights per week).

Schedule:

• Sunday-Thursday Evenings
• Start Time: 8pm
• Shifts typically take 1-2 hours per night (around 5-10 hours per week)

Pay:

• $30 / night

What you'll do:

• Walk the apartment community collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area
• Take and upload photos in our company app
• Follow safety guidelines using provided personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License & Proof of Auto Insurance with you listed as a covered driver
• Reliable transportation – Open Bed Pickup Truck Preferred
• Smartphone
• Ability to carry up to 30lbs and Ability to walk stairs and be active for 1-2 hours
