Job summary

ESFM, the Compass Group USA facilities arm, is hiring for a full-time Trash Technician in Shepherdsville, KY. You will collect, transport, and properly dispose of trash and bio-hazardous materials following established safety protocols.

Shift Sunday to Wednesday, 7:30 am - 6:00 pm; no experience required—training provided. The role emphasizes safety, basic cleaning duties, and teamwork, with benefits available. Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have physical ability to walk, stand and push trash containers weighing 50 to 100 pounds.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, transports, and disposes of trash, chemicals, and bio-hazardous materials using proper safety procedures.
• Performs cleaning functions as assigned; properly operates cleaning equipment as designated.
• Recognizes safety hazards and acts accordingly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
