Job summary

Tandem Ventures is seeking a part-time Collector for Valet-Trash to service multifamily communities in the Charlotte area. You will collect trash from designated points, ensure timely pickups, and keep areas clean and safe.

You should be able to lift 70 lbs, walk up to 2.5 miles per shift, and work independently with minimal supervision. The role runs evenings (7:00 PM–10:00 PM) with a flexible schedule and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Availability for part-time hours in the evenings (7:00 PM – 10:00 PM).
• Own a reliable Open bed pickup truck or trailer, required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Walk up to 2.5 miles per shift.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
