Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control seeks a Lead Custodial for Trap Pond State Park. The incumbent will perform cleaning of bathrooms, facilities and offices, ensuring a safe, sanitary environment across park amenities.
The role includes coordinating annual deep cleans and supervising seasonal custodial staff, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor. Availability on weekends, evenings and holidays is required.
Introduction Trap Pond was once the site of a large freshwater wetland and still hosts the country's northernmost natural stand of baldcypress trees. The pond was created in the late 1700s to power a sawmill used in harvesting the baldcypress.

Work is performed indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions including extreme heat, sun, wind, insects. Applicant must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays as schedule.
