Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to ensure on-time dispatches and safe operations.

The role involves developing daily operating plans, coordinating equipment maintenance, and scheduling drivers to meet customer needs while resolving issues to the satisfaction of customers. You will mentor supervisory and driver staff, potentially lead quality and safety committees, and collaborate with HR to maintain appropriate staffing levels.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 3–4+ years of related experience and 0–1+ years of supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma with 5+ years of specific experience and 1–2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure annual performance goals are met including on-time dispatches, off-load rate, labor cost and product loss and damage.
• Maintain a safe working environment by executing company processes.
• Develop the daily operating plan including equipment maintenance and driver schedules to meet customer delivery needs and resolve problems.
• Provide development to supervisory and driver staff; may lead committees such as quality and safety.
• Partner with HR to ensure staffing levels throughout the year for optimal employee involvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned
