Brookdale Senior Living seeks a Transportation Supervisor to oversee resident transportation operations at the Tucson community. This role ensures safety, coordinates bus routes, and supervises transportation staff. A CDL Class C and a GED together with 3+ years related experience are required.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and a minimum of three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Current Class C CDL with no major driving violations for the past three (3) years. Current certification from Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction on bus driver training preferred.
Uses limited independent judgment to make decisions based on precedents and established guidelines. Solves problems using standard procedures and precedents. Knows when to refer issues to supervisor and when to handle them personally.
Has a working knowledge of a skill or discipline that requires basic analytic ability. Has an overall understanding of the work environment and process. Has working knowledge of the organization. Basic computer skills are required. Effective oral and written communication skills are essential. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small groups situations to residents, clients, and other team members of the organization. Has the ability to prioritize daily schedules for associates. Ability to deal with problems involving variables in standardized situations.
