As Transportation Supervisor, you will manage and supervise drivers, plan and schedule routes, monitor vehicle maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. You will also coordinate with customers and other departments to meet delivery deadlines.

You will work in a team environment at our Tampa, FL headquarters, collaborating with drivers, maintenance staff, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. This involves coordinating with drivers to manage schedules, routes, and vehicle assignments, ensuring timely and efficient transportation services. You will also work closely with maintenance staff to address any vehicle issues, ensuring that all vehicles are in optimal condition for safe and reliable service. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and customer service to align operations and meet customer needs. Regular communication and coordination among team members are essential to maintaining a well-organized and efficient workplace.

The salary range for this position is $42,000 - $51,725, along with a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years of experience in transportation or a related field, and a valid commercial driver's license. Strong communication and organizational skills are also required.
