Job summary

Encore Health Partners is seeking a dependable Transportation Aide to join our nursing home team. The role focuses on safe and compassionate transport of residents to medical appointments and other approved destinations, with assistance for mobility and wheelchair transfers.

Responsibilities include operating and maintaining a safe vehicle, following all procedures, communicating with residents and families, and completing transportation documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be a current SRNA with active state registration.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to assist residents with mobility needs, including wheelchair transfers.
• Dependable, patient and compassionate with a strong commitment to resident care.
• Able to communicate professionally and work as part of a team.
