Job summary

Access Information Management is seeking a Transportation Specialist to drive 16ft box trucks and cargo vans, delivering confidential documents across client sites. You will load materials, perform traffic-safe driving, and complete daily paperwork.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and 1–2 years of driving experience, with a growth-focused path within a large records management company.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• 1–2 years of driving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Load the vehicle with documents, boxes, and recycling bins and prepare delivery paperwork.
• Primarily deliveries to client locations in surrounding areas.
• Deliver and/or pick up confidential documents and materials using wireless scanning technology and ensure client satisfaction.
• Return to the records center and finalize paperwork for the day’s deliveries.
