Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Statesville, North Carolina is seeking a Transportation Specialist to track loads across all modes and deliver a positive experience to customers.

This on-site role operates on a day shift (Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM) and offers a pathway to grow within a dynamic global company. Key responsibilities include carrier selection, performance monitoring, data entry, and processing freight pay and claims.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Perform freight tendering/carrier selection (with use of routing guide)

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Experience with Microsoft Office

It’d be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional work experience
• The ability to work several sides of an issue to achieve resolution, including carrier, supplier, freight pay and internal customers
