Job summary

Truck Insure is seeking a full-time Class B driver for local and regional refrigerated work out of the Chicago area. You will drive a refrigerated straight truck, stay within local routes, and be home daily with weekly pay and overtime after 40 hours.

Starting pay is $55,000+ per year, with steady local/regional hours and no-touch freight where applicable. You should be prepared to work early mornings and navigate Chicagoland traffic. CDL-B (A welcome) and a current DOT medical card are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL (Class A welcome if you'll run this straight truck)
• Current DOT medical card
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and Clearinghouse query
• Able to work early mornings and sit in Chicagoland traffic
• Live in or near the Chicagoland area (we need someone who can get to the yard reliably)
• Straight-truck or comparable experience preferred; strong Class B candidates will be considered
• Air brake restriction removed if the truck has air brakes

Responsibilities

• Drive a refrigerated straight truck on local and regional routes.
• Maintain reefer temperature and ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate with dispatch and complete pre-trip inspections.
• Home daily and operate with no-touch freight where applicable

Were hiring a Class B driver for local and regional refrigerated work out of the Chicago area You run a company refrigerated straight truck, youre home every night, and the pay starts at $55,000+ per year

This is not OTR and not a tractor-trailer seat You drive a straight truck, run assigned local & short regional routes, keep product in temp, communicate with dispatch, and get home the same day

Requirements
