Qualifications

• Cleared by insurance.

• Undergo random drug screening.

JOB PURPOSE:

The Transportation Specialist is responsible for transporting patients to/from facility in a company vehicle, staying with them and bringing them back. Transportation needs dependent upon supervisor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Keep the vehicle neat and tidy
• 
  Keep gas tank full with use of gas card.
• 
  Be willing to work with other staff for the coordination of patient care
• 
  Courteous and professional at all times.
• 
  Other duties may be assigned.
