Serves as a point of contact Evaluates and documents contractor performance determines emergency action maintains contact with contractors Assists in developing financial plans, analyzes mission requirements and provides input to the multi year future plans, policies, and procedures for operating the Vehicle Operations & Maintenance, LISD Bus Service and Base Bus Service contracts.
