Overview

Transportation Services Representative I/II/III at EQT Corporation. This role is an entry into a well-defined career ladder with opportunities for progression within midstream transportation services in the natural gas industry. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to manage daily regulatory requirements, and the capacity to collaborate effectively across teams and other departments, while communicating with customers. Join a team that supports from the office to the field, with a focus on the nominations process in accordance with NAESB and FERC guidelines, and on maintaining accurate reports and postings on EQT Midstream\'s Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB).

Responsibilities

• Confirm and schedule nominations daily, following FERC cycle requirements.
• Communicate EQT Midstream processes and procedures clearly to customers.
• Ensure proper posting of required reports on the EQT Midstream EBB. Ensure all SOX required documentation is saved to appropriate files.
• Maintain compliance with NAESB and FERC regulatory guidelines.
• Apply strong attention to detail and analytical skills in daily responsibilities.
• Interact with customers via email, telephone, and ICE Chat concerning EBB issues, nomination requests, retroactive nomination requests, and general pipeline questions.
• Work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Shifts run 7:00 AM–11:00 PM EST, 365 days per year, with swing shift rotation.
• Shifts operate on a 36-hour/45-hour (or 45-hour/36-hour) block rotation. Overtime is compensated according to EQT policy; regular or unscheduled overtime may be required to meet operational needs.

Required Experience and Skills

• Associate degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field, or educational equivalent of 1 to 2 years of related work experience with quantitative and analytical skills.
• Analytical and quantitative abilities with the capability to think quickly and critically.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with teammates, across departments, and with external customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high-volume workload and frequent deadlines.

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a closely related field or 4-5 years of related work experience demonstrating quantitative and analytical skills.
• Experience with Quorum (QPTM and TIPS).
• Experience with SCADA systems.
• Working knowledge of Smartsheet, Salesforce, and Power Querys.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas industry, including understanding of regulated natural gas pipelines and common industry terminology.
• Internship in related field or 1+ years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
