HDR is seeking a Transportation Section Manager in North Dakota to lead the production section, drive profitability, staff development, and quality control while supporting marketing initiatives. You will function as a project manager, supervise multidisciplinary teams, and coordinate with other sections and national directors to deliver projects and maintain policy adherence.
