Aguirre & Fields is looking for a seasoned Project Manager in our Fort Worth, TX office to lead design projects from scoping through delivery. In this role, you will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, strengthen client partnerships, and help deliver engineering solutions that make a visible difference in the communities we serve.
This is an opportunity for an experienced civil engineering leader to own high-impact projects, mentor talented staff, and be a trusted partner to clients. You will manage project scope, fee, schedule, quality control, workload planning, progress reporting, invoicing, and pursuit support while keeping teams aligned, proactive, and focused on successful outcomes.
You are a proven professional engineer with the judgment, communication skills, and follow-through to lead complex work and inspire others. You bring technical credibility, project ownership, and a collaborative leadership style grounded in integrity, accountability, and service.
