Job summary

Aguirre & Fields is seeking an experienced Transportation/Roadway Project Manager (PE) to lead municipal transportation infrastructure projects in the Fort Worth/Dallas area. This hands-on role manages projects from planning and design through construction and closeout, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and municipal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a licensed PE with 5–10 years in transportation/roadway work, strong technical background, and proven ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

Licensed PE with 5–10 years of civil engineering experience in transportation/roadway projects.
Strong background in transportation engineering and infrastructure.
Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, and teams.
Ability to take ownership from start to finish.
Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Manage transportation and roadway projects, including intersections and traffic signals.
Oversee all phases from scoping through construction and closeout.
Coordinate with engineering consultants, contractors, utilities, and municipal stakeholders.
Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and deliverables.
Lead design reviews, public meetings, and construction coordination.
Identify challenges and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
