Candidates must have strong expertise in environmental compliance and a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or a related field. This role involves performing inspections, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with VPDES/SWPPP and environmental permit compliance.
• Experience in agency permit compliance, enforcement procedures, and violations.
• Certification as a VA DEQ ESC/SWM Inspector required.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections for sensitive transportation projects and high-profile clients.
• Provide technical expertise on environmental compliance for construction activities.
• Manage VPDES/VWP projects to maintain project compliance.
