Job summary

The Walsh Group, a fourth-generation family-owned contractor, seeks a Quality Project Engineer for the Transportation Division in Cincinnati, OH. You will support day-to-day project coordination, manage documentation, and help ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with the project team, coordinate subcontractors, assist with procurement, and contribute to progress reporting. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and 1+ year of experience is required or desirable;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous internship, co-op, or employment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc.).
• Assisting and supporting project team with daily project coordination.
• Procurement of construction materials.
• Quality Control / Quality Assurance checks.
• Coordination of subcontractors.
• Survey and project layout.
• Weekly pictures for progress reports.
• Manage construction equipment.
• Safety management.
• Project estimating.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Internship/Co-op/Employment experience a plus
