Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, coordinates and controls project execution per company policies.
• Reviews project schedules, cost projections and status reports through lifecycle.
• Directs project administration staff and engineers; partners with superintendents.
• Maintains relationships with owners, subcontractors and design partners; manages contracts.
• Forecasts and tracks project costs/revenue; ensures adherence to estimates.
• Develops staffing strategies, performance management and training.
• Resolves issues related to labor, materials, and subcontracting.
• Notifies management of significant project events; maintains safety alignment.
