Job summary

• Checksandreviewsplansforaccuracyandcompliancewithstandardsandacceptedpracticesforbridge surveys and preliminary, right-of-way, final and consultant plans.
• Provides design expertise to project core teams and participates in the project scoping process.
• Reviewsconsultant-preparedplansandmakesrecommendationsonproposeddevelopmentsand commercial permits related to right-of-way activity.

All you need for success:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor'sdegreein eengineeringfromanABET-accreditedcollegeoruniversity curriculum.
• Sixyearsofexperienceinhighwayortransportationengineering. (A waiver may be considered for experience)

Special Working Conditions:

• Job requires district-wide and/or statewide travel.
• Enrollment as an Engineer Intern in the State of Missouri is preferred.
• A postsecondary degree is the best measure to ensure candidates possess required knowledge in applied physics and mathematics, drafting, engineering processes and procedures, project management, industry ethical standards, and analyzing and modeling data.
