Supervise design personnel, including employment decisions, training, and performance management.
Review plans for accuracy and compliance with standards, including bridge surveys and various plan stages.
Provide design expertise to project core teams and participate in scoping processes.
Review consultant-prepared plans and advise on developments and permits related to right-of-way activity.
