The position is based in the greater Chicago area; candidates must be willing to relocate if not local.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15 years of related experience.
• Registered professional engineer in Illinois or eligible for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for complex transportation programs from planning through design, construction and closeout.
• Liaise between clients, agencies, contractors and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources and risk; report progress to leadership.
