• Experience with highways, bridges, or rail/transit projects.
• Strong leadership and program management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transportation programs from planning through design, construction and closeout.
• Serve as primary liaison between clients, agencies, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks and quality assurance.
• Provide regular project status updates to clients and executive leadership.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
