Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis of transportation revenue and spending projections.
• Analyze policy stakeholders, influences, priorities, and authorities.
• Design and conduct stakeholder and community outreach for policy proposals.
• Research, analyze, and summarize statutes and regulations relevant to transportation policy.
• Track and analyze bills to inform policy decisions.
• Support the design of task forces and working groups addressing policy issues.
• Coordinate input from task forces and other stakeholders for client-driven proposals.
• Draft policy proposals and solutions aligned with client objectives and constraints.
• Author papers and memoranda framing policy issues including trade-offs.
• Draft bill language to align with client priorities for policy proposals.
• Present findings and recommendations to working groups and public bodies.
