Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with drivers and safety to minimize turnover and maximize productivity.
• Fill in for absent personnel and support special projects related to fleet optimization and profitability.
• Train and orient drivers and employees, including assisting with internal and third-party systems.
• Analyze fleet operations and profitability and present reporting and financial analysis to customers.
• Plan loads, route, monitor freight movement to ensure safe, on-time service and meet customer requirements.
