Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Experience leading teams and managing operations.
• Background in Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methods is a plus.
• Flexibility to work a variety of hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Transportation Area Managers across sites.
• Ensure safety, quality, performance, and customer experience for the region.
• Meet and exceed operational goals with strategic planning and forecasting.
• Coach, mentor, and develop teammates for career progression.
• Travel up to 50% as required; coordinate across shifts and network.
