Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Marketing or Transportation/Logistics preferred or 2–3 years fleet management/transportation experience in truckload industry.
• Six months to one year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and proven management ability; experience operating a computer terminal and satellite communications system required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain driver relationships, addressing home time, payroll, equipment issues, and related needs.
• Partner with Dedicated/Associate Logistics Managers to optimize driver loads by origin, destination, freight type, miles, stops and availability.
• Align with customer service, billing, risk, safety, payroll, fuel, maintenance, and external vendors to meet service goals.
• Collaborate with Dedicated Logistics Manager/Operations Manager to maintain a full board of drivers.
• Ensure timely attendance and adherence to scheduled shifts per supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
